- Responsible for supervising and coordinating all housekeeping operations in line with hotel standards
- Assigning daily tasks and supporting the housekeeping team for the daily operations
- Monitoring linen and supply inventories and ensure a smooth operation across linen rooms and stores
- Oversee periodic deep cleaning projects and manage room security protocols and key control procedures
